Refund Policy

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are fully refundable at any time before launch. If you change your mind, just reach out and we'll process your refund—no questions asked.

Pro Upgrade & DLC Purchases

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund—no questions asked.

After 14 days, refunds are available only if the game does not function as described or you experience technical issues our support team cannot resolve.

Gift Purchases

Unredeemed gifts: Full refund within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Redeemed gifts: Once a gift link is claimed to an account, the standard 14-day refund window begins from the redemption date. Either the original purchaser or the recipient may request the refund.

Gift links never expire. Purchasers can access their gift links anytime from their account.
